Paperback Throne

We decided to check out the high school Richard may attend if he moves back, and on the way, we wandered off, ending up in the foothills of the Santa Cruz Mountains. It was the most beautiful wrong turn ever.

We left after a few minutes: it was hot, my grandmother was in the car, we still had the high school to see, and I was having a bad morning and thus being a brat wailing about all the missed photographic opportunities (since I sadly forgot my camera at home). After seeing the high school on the base of the mountains, I moped all the way home and ended up overtaken by my emotional idiocy and ended up crying on my bed, still deeply upset I wasn't able to take photos. Why it was such a big deal to me, I will never know, but my mother, being the most amazing mom on earth, drove Richard and me back to the park just so I could take a picture or two. Richard and I ended up jumping and screaming on the one-lane roads up and down the mountain.

I'm like a lion.

These photos are so fun and fancy free. And I LOVE that white bike. Just beautiful.
